For this game, you will need darts from a dart game and many inflated balloons.
Preparing for the game
You can buy the cheapest balloons, as they will be popped anyway. Inflate the balloons, placing small pieces of paper (chips) inside.
Chips
You can make a variety of chips. For example, the first half of the chips will be winning (you can print the birthday person's photo on them) and will count as points, while other chips (e.g., with an image of a target) will not count for points.
How to Play
Tie the inflated balloons at any convenient place and have the guests take turns throwing darts at them. The goal is not only to hit the balloon but also to knock out a winning chip. The participant with the highest number of points wins.
