You probably know the fun game "charades" or "pantomime," in which a player tries to explain the given word to the team using gestures and mimics. We offer you a new musical version of this game.
how to play
The host plays a popular song and lets the player listen to the first verse and chorus through the headphones, so that the other participants cannot hear which song is playing. If the player knows the song, they can immediately proceed to the "acting."
The objective of the musical contest is to demonstrate the plot of the song using gestures and mimics. The first participant who correctly voices the title of the given song becomes the winner.
Tips
- As the host, we recommend selecting simple and well-known songs, but it's equally important to make the demonstration enjoyable. After all, the main goal of the party is to entertain the guests and create a positive atmosphere.
- If a player is not familiar with the lyrics, they can act out the song directly with the headphones on, synchronizing with the words.
- Before the demonstration, provide some small hints to the players. For example, "this is a children's song from a cartoon" or "this is a modern hit performed by a female group."
