This competition is especially relevant for the older generation. This is where you can test who's "on the same page" with the youth and always tries to stay in trend. We bet that even participants over 25 won't be able to give the correct definitions of youth slang words?
how to play
Each team of players receives 2 stacks of cards. One stack contains cards with youth slang words, and the other – their definitions. The players' task is to correctly match the cards: the slang word and what it means.
Preparation
Your task is to prepare stacks of cards for the players. Download the game cards, cut out the words and definitions, and place them in separate stacks. Shuffle the cards in each stack.
Clues
Cringe - to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable
Savage - cool, awesome, or hardcore
Fam - friends or close people
Drip - to have a stylish or fashionable appearance
Flex - to show off your achievements or wealth
Gucci - everything's good, okay
Chill - to relax, take it easy
Dope - excellent, great
YOLO - "You Only Live Once," a popular phrase
Lit AF - extremely cool, awesome
Gaslit - to manipulate someone into doubting their own sanity or perception of reality
Slay - to do something very well or impress someone
Tea - gossip or rumors
Vibe - a mood or atmosphere
